Make Your Flash site SEO Friendly
Few Years back a very popular concept that search engine can’t crawl flash. Following are some tips to optimize your Flash Content to Search Engines.
You can add your SWF content to your HTML source:
Extract SWF content and put it in the HTML source. It helps to search engines to select the page and grade it on the search engine. Such tools like Dreamweaver helps you to embed flash using SWF Objects.
To sustain a unique URL:-
If the site is with a big portion of Flash in an HTML template, the site pages are not at all going to refresh. You should be having a different URL for all pages of a site Flash content is the way to go. You’ll have to add title‘H1’on all pages in HTML and use keywords in your body section to rank well in search engines.
Keep finding new idea:
Adobe is collaborated with Google and Yahoo! To make (SWF) file format search engine friendly. With this techniques allow the search engines to check the SWF content and index it. Actually, still they are working on it.
Adding text to flash applications:
Easiest way of Flash SEO is to use Flash-generated. Text can include keyword-based post, which help to generate traffic. Please use this text in HTML source.
Don’t forget that search engine crawler hate pop-ups:
there are lots of websites ask to click to open Flash content into a new window.
You can get help from robot.txt file :
Robots.txt file send the robots directly to the allowed content and inform robots to the disallowed content. If the website includes flash text content in the same as the in HTML version, you can set the Robots.txt file to only search for HTML content and ignore SWF content.
